Normaal dik tevreden, nu niet. Om 17.45 eten besteld en na 3x bellen ( kreeg voicemail) is mijn zoon de bestelling om 19.45 gaan ophalen. Excuus was dat de bezorger een half uur na onze bestelling de deur was uitgegaan. ipv grote milkshake een kleine. bah

It took almost 4 hours for the delivery to arrive. I ordered around 9:30pm and the order arrived around 1am when all my guests were already gone after waiting. Awful customer service as well who just kept saying sorry and asking me to wait a bit longer.

The order was wrong. We were missing the drinks and the milkshake was the wrong flavor. Is the second time we have issues with this restaurant. We won’t order again from this place.

Burgers are delicious, but our favorite is pulled chicken fries. However, during our last delivery from Burguer ’n Shake, the delivery guy stole the fries. Please be cautious when ordering delivery to avoid this incident. Restaurant people are nice :)
